+ by commissioning me, you have read, understand, and accept my t.o.s.+ 50% of payment must be made in USD before i start your commission (you will be notified when i recieve the payment and then i will start ASAP)+ i have the right to upload/stream my art to social media, please make sure you tell me if you don't want it private+ when giving a reference sheet, make sure it is clear, preferably unshaded and smaller watermarks so i can properly understand the character's details and color+ i have the right to decline your commission if i don't feel comfortable+ you accept that i have full creative freedom, if you'd like something major to be changed during the lineart process, you will be charged (posing and clothing, specifically unless you ask during the sketching process or while filling the form)+ your commission should be complete in 1-4 months, please do not rush me, i have alot to do irl+ no backseating/pressuring, i would like your commission to be in the best quality as you have paid for+ you can't sell or re-distribute the commissioned work for commercial use neither can you use it for such+ refunds are not available in every case, please message me about this+ my art is not to be used in AI generators, NFTs, or anything in those categories+ i will only take 1 commission from you at a time, if you'd like another when i finish the other, feel free to commission again (and thank you!)
